Really exiting times for the club placing the first stocking of carp in the lakes for decades. A mixture of common and mirror carp have found a new home in the lakes at Tilgate Park. These were introduced into the lakes on saturday 26/01/2019. Carp ranging from 3.5lb to 8.10 lb 32 of the smaller sized carp went into silt and 13 larger fish went into campbells lake.
We want you all to keep an eye out for these fish keep a record of their weight and message us back on the page so we can keep a record of their growth rate, We are hoping for 5-8lb per year .
